The brief: Employer Branding

NESS Technology needed to recruit more employees but faced key challenges: being perceived as outdated, having an older average employee age, and needing to rebrand their work experience while highlighting their core strengths of stability and agility. We partnered with Tamir Bar, a popular comedian who resonates with our target demographic, and positioned Ness workers as problem solvers in the coolest way possible.
